: Threat LevelLegacy of W: You're the Decider
By Ryan Singel, Kevin Poulsen, Sarah Lai Stirland, Kim Zetter, and David Kravets
While President George W. Bush still has more than a month left in office, even the Decider has begun pondering what history will make of his two terms as the world's most powerful official.
Threat Level readers are likely going to have a very different take on the last eight years, so we've created this interactive this poll that lets you predict, nay -- decide, what history will say about the presidency of George W. Bush.
For starters, you'll have to consider Bush v. Gore, 9/11, the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, warrantless wiretapping, the Unitary Executive, tax cuts, signing statements, flight suits, Valerie Plame, and the burst bubble of the housing boom.
Here you can submit your take on the Bush 43 presidency, and vote up or down the thoughts of your fellow readers.
Submit often and vote from as many browsers as your computer will let you install.
Threat Level beseeches you not to misunderestimate the gravity of this poll, and as you set out to determine what the future's history books will say about January 2001 to January 2009, ask yourself this question, "Is our future's children learning?"
