Ericson v. Obama: VT Petitioner Seeking Attorney

A concerned citizen from Vermont, Ms. Cris Ericson, is seeking an attorney pro bono to help her file a petition to the Supreme Court. SHALL the Supreme Court of the U.S. overturn Hawaii Laws which allow a foreign born person to have their original birth certificate sealed, and receive a new birth certificate fraudulently stating they were born in Hawaii?

Is Barack Hussein Obama, 
President-Elect of the United States of America, 
a Natural Born Citizen of the U.S.A.

by the Constitution of the United States 
to be sworn into Office

PETITION TO THE SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES 
by registered voter, Ms. Cris Ericson of Vermont. 

Seeking an attorney, who is a licensed member of the Bar of the 
Supreme Court of the United States, to please file this Petition PRO BONO for Ms. Ericson and all interested voters who, in the course of human events, feel it is necessary for we, the people, to declare the causes which impel us to act because Mr. Obama has been too deaf to the voices of the people asking for justice. 

SHALL the Supreme Court of the United States 
use their authority to strike down and repeal, void, rescind and overturn Hawaii birth certificate laws because they allow a person born in a foreign country to request the State of Hawaii to SEAL their ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE of FOREIGN BIRTH and issue a NEW HAWAII BIRTH CERTIFICATE, which deprives registered VOTERS of the United States of America of the MATERIAL FACTS necessary to safeguard their Constitutional right to VOTE for a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN?

We the people of the United States NEED TO KNOW: 

Is the “certificate of birth” of Barack Hussein Obama 
which is based on another “long form birth certificate” 
which has been sealed by Hawaii Governor Linda Lingle, 
PRIMA FACIE EVIDENCE that, but for the fact that 
Barack Hussein Obama was BORN in a FOREIGN COUNTRY, 
the State of Hawaii would NOT have SEALED his 
ORIGINAL long form birth certificate?

The Hawaii birth certificate laws abridge the privileges of citizens of the United States to be CERTAIN that they are VOTING for a Natural Born Citizen for President, which is their Constitutional right.

The State of Hawaii has exceeded its authority by making its own Rule of Naturalization with its Un-Constitutional Birth Certificate Laws which create Naturalization by SEALING the birth certificate of a FOREIGN born person and issuing the foreign born person a NEW birth certificate fraudulently stating they were born in Hawaii.

The Constitution of the United States is a CONTRACT between government and we, the people; and Hawaii has impaired the obligation of contracts by exceeding its authority and making its own rules of naturalization.

On January 9, 2009, the Supreme Court of the United States will hold a Conference to consider a petition by attorney Philip J. Berg v. Barack Obama, and an additional amicus curiae brief petition by attorney Lawrence J. Joyce, which ask the Court to determine if Barack Obama needs to reveal his original long form birth certificate to identify if he is Qualified to be President of the United States as a Natural Born Citizen.
