Because the latest developments are no longer useful to advance the political agenda of the sham-sentinel state- run propaganda machine, I must take it upon myself to enlighten the legal community as to the state of the May 10, 2008, front crucifixion page story in the days following my misfortune in Tallahassee.As the story made it abundantly clear, I was accused of fraudulently inducing and exploiting the Perez family members to retain my services on behalf of their son, Mario Perez, Jr. The media reported that I shamelessly misrepresented my qualifications for death penalty cases at the initial meetings with Perez family members. In addition to the lawsuit, family members filed six separate Bar complaint forms, essentially on the very same basis from which the lawsuit originated, claiming, additionally that I was not qualified to handle death penalty cases...continue to full post
