Among many other things, it discusses matters raised on this site including FOCA - he opposes it but denies there has ever been any serious legislative interest - and the speculation surrounding how the Vatican would react to him if appointed as ambassador to the Vatican. Although Kmiec's article is angry and perhaps exaggerated in places, in my view, much of the blogosphere criticism of Kmiec has been uncivil and a far cry from the kind of dialogue that Christianity encourages.
