The Mississippi state supreme court has adopted rules and procedures for electronic case filing. A pilot project for the development of an electronic filing and case management system is already underway in Madison County Chancery Court, which is based upon the successful federal court CM/ECF system. The full order is here. It will be interesting to see how closely their system resembles CM/ECF when it is rolled out.
