Two Pharmed Directors Sentenced

On January 7, 2009, defendants Carlos De Cespedes and Jorge De Cespedes, brothers and majority shareholders of The Pharmed Group, Corp. (Pharmed), were sentenced by U.S. District Court Judge Patricia Seitz to 108 months? imprisonment as a result of their plea to two separate Informations.
