Remember that FOIA lawsuit filed by Bloomberg News because the Fed refused to turn over documents showing what assets were being used as collateral for those emergency loans to businesses? Well now that Obama is in charge and ordering agencies to be more forthcoming with FOIA requests and more transparent, this would be a good test of that policy.
