13 Services Your Independent Franchisee Association Blog Must Contain?

Les Stewart has 13 functions that an Independent Franchisee Association's blog should contain.  Here are the first five ideas.

"[The IndFA's Blog] will:

1. offer apprenticeship positions for candidate investors (assume training function),
2. post anonymously, if they like,
3. never ban anyone (for any reason),
4. list each executive's name and rate them,
5. arrange and profit from their own financial suppliers, ..."

One of the great strategic mysteries is why the many, ie franchisees, don't generate the necessary user generated content to create the necessary internet channels to their stores?

Why do the many rely upon the few, the franchisor, especially if that franchisor has no company stores?

Les has a number of very good ideas about what an, Independent Franchisee Association, IndFA's blog/forum should contain, which may enable the collective to construct the necessary internet channels to their brick and mortar locations.
