Via the Carnival Against Sexual Violence and Female Impersonator, we get more information about Montague County Sheriff Bill Keating who allegedly sexually assaulted a female informant, threatening her with jail if she did not perform oral sex and act as his snitch. According to the US Attorney from Texas' Northern District:Signed plea papers have been filed with the Court in which William E.
