First of all, the State legislature granted imprimatur to SOME of his thoughts and feelings by pigeonholing HB 1428. That's a bitter blow to LE but suck it up guys. The people have spoken. Second, he's important to his mother, and she was not given due respect in any of this, while we've got all kinds of focus on Sharon Davis "McKay" and her potentially unlawful attempts to assume dower and spousal capacity.

Third, he woke up the entire North Country and beyond, and there are some heady events about to transpire up there that implicate serious LE malfeasance, as I noted earlier this very day.

DEAR LIKO: I never met you -- because of Kelly and her LE buddies 3 years ago, of course -- but I know you. And your spirit is going to carry the day.

That's all I've fought for throughout my professional career; and I said back on 2 July 2007 it was time for a Congressional Investigation into this case. More on that in the next post, which is a letter to NH and Federal legislators as applicable.

Here's the audio from Judge Vaughn's courtroom on RSA 91-A/FOIA.

Peace, Love, Aloha, Namaste.
