View the article here Video is available at the site as well. 03/04/2009 By Marie Saavedra, KY3 News BUFFALO - The Missouri Highway Patrol is investigating the case of a former Buffalo police officer who is accused of having sex with two underage girls. Jonathan Parmalee, 25, was charged last month with one count of forcible rape and one count of statutory rape. A probable cause statement shows a 16-year-old girl said Parmalee forced her to have sexual intercourse last May at his home. The document also shows a woman said he had consensual sex with her at his home between March and August 2006, when she was under age 17. - Well, for the second woman, I see no crime.  The age of consent, based on this page, in Missouri is 17.
