: IBLS Internet Law BlogHow can I run an online poker game without violating Internet gambling laws?
By IBLS Editor
currently run an online forum about bodybuilding and anabolic steroids. Alot of my members like to play poker. So, I found an affordable poker software that my server can run and it doesn't even have any payment gateways or anything built in. I want to be able to generate more revenue for the site using this software somehow. Initially, I planned on charging members for "use" of the software and then any prizes for tournament winners would then be a "gift" from the site to them. Anyway, is there any way I can go about this legally without it being caught up in the internet gambling laws? FYI, my server is in Panama.
Thanks, Mike
