Hollister v. Soetoro: Attorney?s Response to Show Cause (Including Supplement)

By Phil

ADVERTISEMENTS

(Thanks to commenter “Obot 1024″ for the info) In his final ruling of the case, Hollister v. Soetoro, USDC for DC Judge James Robertson ordered the Court-admitted attorney, Mr. John D. Hemenway, to essentially show why he should not be sanctioned for having brought this eligibility case before the Court.

The below is Mr. Hemenway’s response to Judge Robertson:

23.ResponsetoShowCauseOrder

While the order is reasonably self-explanatory, FamilySecurityMatters.org has an interesting opinion piece entitled, “Exclusive: Fined and Sanctioned for Seeking Truth about Obama’s Eligibility?“, written by contributing editor Margaret Calhoun Hemenway, a 15-year veteran of Capitol Hill and a former White House appointee, serving at both DoD and NASA.

Update: Thanks to commenter “Bob” for the following:

In her previous piece, she identified herself as John Hemenway?s daughter-in-law. So perhaps she?s biased. (And, to speculate: perhaps she introduced her father-in-law to Berg.)

Update: Once again, commenter “Obot 1024″ share further info by providing the following Supplement…

25.SupplementalResponsetoOrderToShowCause

A current listing of eligibility lawsuits can be found here.
