ADVERTISEMENTS

Republican Representative Warren Chisum introduced a new bill into the Texas House that would require married couples with children to take a 10 hour class before filing for no fault divorce. Since 45 percent of marriages end in divorce, Chisum believe that the class may save a few marriages.
