Appellate Judicial Nominations Continue

President Obama has announced the nomination of two more judges to serve on federal courts of appeal. Judge Gerard Lynch, judge on the Southern District Court of New York, has been nominated to join the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Obama also announced the nomination of Maryland District Court Judge Andre Davis to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
