It's Not St. Patrick's Day - It's Steve Soha "the Dumb Drunk Friend of Jack Harris" Day!

So everyone go have a drink, get into a bar fight on Mill Ave., and while your friend is talking to the cops - sneak out the back door and drive home drunk - and then lie about it!

If everyone remembers it was on St. Patrick's Day that Lieutenant Steve Soha of the Phoenix Police Department was pulled over for a DUI. While he vehemently denied it and claims he was being framed, he plead guilty and spent a day in jail - without telling anyone on the PPD! oh Yeah...and he's a long time buddy of Jack Harris.

What a true winner and he's still a cop!

We can tell you personally Steve that as citizens in Phoenix, we are very proud to have you carrying a gun, representing the honor guard and protecting us.

Just one question... if we were in a "sticky situation" would you help us out the back door? We would like to know which Operational Order that is...
