Everyone's favorite case filer strikes again.Good old Mark Horn.No job too large, too small, or too wrong.Whether it's taser victim Kevin Bradley, or elevator beatdown victim Joshua Ortiz, Satz can count on Horn.Today's episode concerns a preposterous PC Affidavit, a rock (no, not a cocaine rock, a rock as in a "VALTOX tested positive" stone), a negative lab report, and, drum roll please, felony charges for one Anthony Bellamy.Don't worry.  Mr. Bellamy is ok now.  Heck, he might even be better off after the lawsuit, having spent roughly six weeks in the Broward County Jail because of, at best, Satzian incompetence, or, at worst, Satzian malfeasance. Click the link for all the documents.  It would be a real hoot, except it's not funny at all...continue to full post
