: New York Public Personnel LawCareerjet.com?s search engine aids users in finding employment opportunities in the United States and foreign countries
Source: Advisory from Careerjet?s marketing specialist Emily Kovak
Ms. Kovak calls attention to Careerjet -- a job search engine designed to make the process of finding a job via the Internet easier. The service is offered without charge to the user.
Careerjet maps job offerings available posted on Internet sites and then creates one extensive database -- in effect a universal inventory of job opportunities -- based on notices listed on a company's website, a recruitment agency's websites and web sites maintained for the recruitment of specialists in many fields. Using a fast interface, users can search the Careerjet database in terms of types of positions and, or, location of vacancies, thereby avoiding having to find and then visiting each of the thousands of sites individually.
The job offerings themselves are not hosted by Careerjet and users are always redirected to the original job listing. Essentially, Careerjet acts as library of sites that have posted job vacancies.
Careerjet's job search engine network currently encompasses over 50 countries, and features separate interfaces that are translated into 20 languages.
Interested individuals may register to gain access to Careerjet's free services via its Internet site at: http://www.careerjet.com/
