: Bad Phoenix CopsThe Phoenix Police Union (AZ PLEA) Demands We Hire A Chief of Police, Since Chief Jack "Ass" Harris is Too Busy to Fulfill the Duties

http://www.azplea.com/docs/Public%20Safety%20Subcommittee%20Issues%204-28-09.pdf
AZPLEA represents over 2,600 ?rank and file? officers in the Phoenix Police Department and attended a Public Safety subcommittee meeting on April 28th to demand we hire a real Chief of Police. Unfortunately Committee Chair Claude Mattox stated that PLEA's concerns centered around personnel issues which would have to be taken up directly with City Manager Frank Fairbanks ? violating Arizona?s open meeting laws. Well, the next day PLEA did try to meet with Frank Fairbanks and after waiting for several hours, Frank was a no-show.

Mr. Mattox had an amazing opportunity to take a stand and make a difference, but all he showed is that he is just another City of Phoenix AssClown who can't think or make a decision. AZPLEA has since had their attorney file a complaint that Mr. Mattox is not adhering to the open meeting laws in Arizona.
BEWARE though!
Don?t be surprised if your homes get raided, Mark!
We might also add that our Blogger Jeff has met with the ACLU and they will be helping him and Mr. Lorona in their case against the City of Phoenix, the Phoenix PD, Phil Gordon and Jack Harris. It's going to be a costly and very public fireworks show for sure!
It would be an interesting paradox to call for the raid on the leadership (PLEA) who speak for 2,600 officers in the Police Union?and then have those same officers carry out a raid?
