KingCast to assist Prosecutor in Littleton Court on Gregory W. Floyd's Criminal Threats against Ms. AJ Boisvert; get that thug off the streets.

Just as concerned citizen Peter de Vries (definitely a role model) helped uncover material matters in the Natalie Holloway disappearance through Joran van der Sloot, I as a concerned citizen and former and current reporter and former AAG find it my civic duty to help Law Enforcement whenever possible. Gregory W. Floyd owned guns in Massachusetts. However, he was a 3-time felon for theft and drug offenses. The drugs involved were Marijuana and PCP, both of which are subject to the Controlled Substances Act, Schedule I and II. PCP was first a Class III back in 1970.

Here's most of Gregory W. Floyd's rap sheet; I'll scan it tomorrow. Significantly, on the first document someone in a Massachusetts government office wrote "No one here can figure how [Gregory Floyd] has a [gun] permit but he does..."

As such, Gregory W. Floyd cannot possess firearms, anywhere in the U.S. not even in his house. See U.S. v. Ruckman. In Mass, see also MGL. 140-131.

So then, should Mr. Floyd take the stand in his defense, a good question might be "Mr. Floyd have you ever testified falsely, or provided false information to any government agency regarding firearms?" "You held guns in Massachusetts, correct?" "Did you inform the authorities in Massachusetts of your felony convictions in Georgia?" [Attorney Christie: "Objection. Mr. Floyd has been absolved of all wrongdoing by NH AG Kelly Ayotte and this is a collateral line of questioning."] [Prosecutor: Irrelevant. There was no Court-affiliated adjudication on that, and moreover KingCast has made the World Public aware that there is a windshield bullet apparently shot by Mr. Floyd for which Attorney Ayotte gave no explanation. Pursuant to Piper v. U.S. DOJ, 294 F.Supp 2d 16 (2003) Attorney Ayotte will have to turn over finger print analysis that may show Mr. Floyd lied about his actions involving guns on 5/11 when he shot Liko Kenney, so there's a pattern here, Your Honor and I respectfully request to expose that pattern. My question goes to his pattern of misrepresenting material facts in legal and governmental proceedings involving guns.]
[Court: Overruled. I'll grant you some leeway on this counselor but keep it tight].

Then as a follow up you can ask Mr. Floyd:

"Sir, did you tell the truth when you claimed in your Grafton County case that Ms. Boisvert 'had a gun?'" Case caught on live audio and hosted by KingCast/Franconia 511 on YouTube here part one and two and three and four.

"Also, Sir, did you tell the truth when you told the AG's Office that Liko Kenney had both hands on his gun when you shot him?"

"Also, Sir, did you tell the truth when you told Trooper Cooper that you could not get Liko Kenney's gun unjammed?" [Christie: "Objection."][Court: Hush, Mr. Christie]

"Yes."

"Well then Sir can you tell us how in the hell you came to have one of Liko's live rounds in your pocket?"

"Well, ummm, I ummm, well I'm gonna' give you a third eye and send you home in a body bag 'cos I know where you live Mr. Prosectuor and I know the route you take home, same as I told that other woman at the school who issued that Affidavit in KingCast v. Ayotte et al., Grafton 07-E-268."

"Okay. You have a nice day too..... Sir, did you tell the truth when you told Trooper Cooper you took the magazine out of Liko's gun?"

"Yes."

"But why then, is the magazine clearly loaded in Liko's gun in this government file photo provided by KingCast?"

"Sir, isn't it true that whenever you're in gun trouble you blame it on someone else to cover your own transgressions?"

"No."

"And why should this Court believe you today?"

"Ummm, yah' 'cos I'll give you a third eye....."

Apparently, that's just what men named Gregory Floyd love to do, here's one busted in Rhode Island Supreme Court 2005.

Floyd then yelled, ?That?s enough.? He then pulled the trigger about three times. After Floyd shot Jason and Amy, the five miscreants ran to the Ford Explorer, and Sanchez drove it up the hill to his Chevrolet Nova....
