: The UCL PractitionerPetition for review filed in Kwikset Corp. v. Superior Court (Benson)

On April 6, 2009, a petition for review was filed in Kwikset Corp. v. Superior Court (Benson), no. S171845. The answer and reply have also been filed, as well as a depublication request, and I've heard that multiple amicus letters in support of review are coming in. So far, I have copies of two items:
- Petition for Review (filed 04/06/09)
- Amicus Letter of Consumer Action et al. (dated 05/06/09)

In related news, a petition for review and depublication request have also been filed in Troyk v. Farmers Group, Inc., no. S172288.
