And Now The Moment You Have All Been Waiting For: The Report & Binder from The Baseline Murder Investigation is Now Available Online

One of the things our Blogger Jeff has been told by many of his contacts in the Phoenix Police Department (and also by a City Council member) is the raid on his home and subsequent theft of his equipment was directly tied to the Mark Goudeau~Baseline Murder Investigation. Everyone agrees that Jeff and this Blog ?got too close,? and that the 4th Floor was becoming unhinged by our postings.

What?s more, the illegal raid on our Blogger and the blatant violations of his 1st, 4th and 14th Amendment rights were also Jack Ass Harris' way to surreptitiously uncover all of our contacts, hoping that some would be members of the AZPLEA Board.

We hope Jack Harris and the FOJs aren't too uncomfortable with what we, an unaccredited grass-roots website (according to Andy Anderson), found posted online.

As we have reported, there was a separate investigation conducted by an officer in gang-crimes on the Baseline Killer. Benny Pina (the lieutenant at the time in VCB) told the officer to put his report in Microsoft Word so that a public records request would not find it or produce it. Theoretically, these reports don?t exist and the Phoenix police tried everything to hide them and exclude them from any police department computer system. If you don't believe us, try doing a public records request on any of these documents. (We assure you, these docs are products of the Phoenix PD.) We want you to read them yourselves and draw your own conclusion. Would a prudent and sensible person have taken these docs seriously and at least investigated Terry Wayne Smith?

We think so.

The lead investigator, Alex Femenia, didn't, and it was a mere footnote in the indictment against Mark Goudeau. Funny how Alex now works for County Attorney Andrew Thomas. Do you think this came up during the job interview?

The Phoenix PD would rather no one see or read these documents, but now everyone can have their own copies. Just be careful! If you have a copy, Jack Harris and Eric Edwards may just authorize a raid on your home! LOL!

Mark Goudeau will need to be convicted, ?beyond a reasonable doubt.?

There is plenty of ?doubt? created with these documents and letting everyone know how dirty, racist Phoenix cops will hide key evidence just to get a book deal.
