 PD alums Gabe Grasso & Ed HoegLas Vegas attorney Gabriel Grasso was in the house Monday.  Most recently all over the news representing OJ Simpson, Gabe kept us enthralled with stories of the boundless opportunities for criminal defense lawyers in Sin City.  Apparently, the streets are paved with gold in Clark County for anyone who can pass the tougher than average Nevada Bar.For starters, take the $61,353 beginning salary at the Public Defender's Office, and the $67,000 for spanking new Deputy District Attorneys.  Not bad, considering the $150,000 median home price gets you probably twice the house you would get here, all within a few hours of LA (not to mention the fifty cent Heinekens on the Strip).  Private lawyers still rake in the court appointed work...continue to full post
