: Chris King's 1st Amendment PageKingCast focuses on the hypocrisy of Union Leader Publisher Joe McQuaid and takes the First Amendment roundtable straight to him.
By Christopher King

Just as KingCast received a First Amendment Commendation this week as noted herein, today's Union Leader features a First Amendment award presentation to several New Hampshire individuals to whom they presented awards as well, for "Fighting for Freedoms.".....That was this post from 16 November 2007 in which I noted that Mayor Streeter was amenable with having a First Amendment/Right-to-Know roundtable, seeing as the same week he gave me the Mayoral Commendation, McQuaid and his people were busy giving similar accolades to noted freedom fighter George Will =^.) Anyway, Bernie laughed at the notion that McQuaid would actually participate in such an endeavor, and he was right.
But at the same time, I'm right: Joe McQuaid and I are going to have our Roundtable in front of a Judge. Here's the lawsuit to obtain the IP address of the tool who misappropriated Brian Jesseman's likeness and portrayed him in a False Light. The question remains, "why wouldn't Publisher McQuaid produce the IP address after the Jessemans and I put him on ACTUAL NOTICE that Brian didn't write the post in question," which for newbies was a post that indicated agreement with the ridiculous notion set forth by State Rep Martha McLeod's pigeon-holed HB 1428 that Bruce McKay should have a road named after him.
Valentine's Day? Nah, Joe McQuaid is a heartbreaker.
