KingCast revisits the Fox Hill Park Fourth Amendment violations foisted upon Franconia youth by Bruce McKay and other LE.

By Christopher King

ADVERTISEMENTS
I was explaining the Franconia shooting tragedy to someone today and took time to provide the real story behind the 2003 Fox Hill Park arrest video of which NH AG Kelly Ayotte and the Union Leader and other media (read WMUR) showed only part of, despite the fact that they had the full video just as KingCast received it from Kelly in his media fun-pak. Remember that they showed this video in an orchestrated attempt to make Liko Kenney resemble All Things Bad and Bruce McKay and LE All Things Good, and they released it 3 days before they released the 2007 video that Kelly was forced to release after the media demanded it, in furtherance of the scheme.

Nobody mentioned the fact -- as KingCast reported -- that Judge Cyr found all of those Fox Hill Park arrests Unconstitutional and you can read all about that right here. Below is an excerpt of what Liko properly told McKay. KingCast and the Franconia Collective were responsible for posting the rest of the video where Liko dressed McKay down for Fourth Amendment violations. Here's where we broke that, while noting that in Ohio State v. Sansalone, 71 Ohio App.3d 284 (1991) it is indeed lawful to resist an unlawful arrest; how do I know that because I know the successful Appellant. Let me be clear:

Bruce McKay had absolutely no legal basis to seize Liko Kenney but he did so, and naturally Liko was upset.

You have to pay attention, dammit. Pay attention. That's why the charges for Liko having an empty pipe in his trunk were nol-prossed, and hence Bruce McKay's "leniency" recommendation in sentencing after he smacked Liko in the jaw. It's all BS and we're going to expose it in our movie for an International film festival and there's not one damn thing LE can do to stop it.

Listen to this audio segment regarding the Fox Hill arrests in the RSA 91-A Grafton County case styled KingCast v. NH AG Kelly Ayotte/Town of Franconia, and remember what Liko Kenney properly said to Bruce McKay:

21:04:01 - "You can't pull people off the street and put them in handcuffs and drive them around for no reason." [held: correct, as noted by Judge Cyr].
