New rules pushed for Groton ZBA after meeting-law violations (Lowell Sun)

GROTON -- The Zoning Board of Appeals may soon have to start holding a workshop every other month, requiring all members to attend. Selectmen want ZBA members to get together and vote to approve meeting minutes, as required by law, instead of exchanging drafts via e-mail and accepting edited versions of minutes as they have done in the past.
