Corporate IP Attonrey responsibilities include: patent prosecution and patent application drafting; IPR implications for standards; licensing, transactions and litigation support; as well as risk analysis. Will work with local and foreign inventors to identify, solicit, and rate incoming invention disclosures.

BS in EE or Physics, or other related technology area is required; JD preferred. Required to be able to work independently in managing docket of US and WW pending patent applications, both in-house and with outside agents.

Membership to the US patent bar required.
