: The Faculty LoungeAdvanced Placement for Law School?
By Alfred Brophy
Over at propertyprof, Ben Barros (whose scholarship overlaps in surprising ways Justice Alito's work when he was at Yale) has a post on the possibility (unlikely, I know) that law school might be extended from three to four years--and speculating that students might then be eligible for advanced placement credit. (Law students then might get a jump on law school by taking law courses as undergraduates and then taking advanced placement tests--so in some ways law school would then move back from three to four year.) Check it out!
Also, I've been meaning to link to Ben's recent post about Stop the Beach Renourishment v. Florida Department of Environmental Protection. The Supreme Court just granted cert on it and Ben's got a nice summary of what's at stake.
