Judge Feren expected to rule Monday morning on the Motions To Disqualify - at least that's what he supposedly told the people in his division (and he's up against the thirty day statutory deadline too).  We'll post the order after we secure a copy ...The AG threw in the towel - we're told the Attorney General declined to respond on behalf of Judge Levenson.  Watch for a quick ruling from the Fourth DCA in favor of the Public Defender's Office ...The ties that bind -speaking of the Public Defender, did you know that Howard Finkelstein and ace political consultant Judy Stern go way, way back?  That's right, Judy was once office manager/den mother to law partners Finkelstein, Ron Dallas and Channing Brackey.  If you know anything about the good old days in Broward, then you know that Judy's old job makes running concurrent big money campaigns seem easy...continue to full post
