On tonight's Declaring Independence:

My first guest will be Daphne Eviatar, the legal correspondent for the Washington Independent. We'll be talking about the sad farce that is the Sotomayor confirmation hearings.

My second guest will be Gerry Hebert, director of the Campaign Legal Center. Gerry was the DOJ official who exposed Sen. Jeff Sessions as a racist when he was up for a judgeship.

My third guest will be Marcy Wheeler of Firedoglake. We'll be discussing the recent IG report on warrantless wiretaps and related issues. Yes, this is the same Marcy Wheeler who uttered the word 'blowjob' on MSNBC a couple weeks ago and caused such outrage.
