South Dakota bill to regulate sexually oriented business advances

The bill won a unanimous vote in the Senate local government committee according to this report on the Argus Leader by Terry Woster (2.20.2008).  "The bill, which has passed the House, would require such businesses to be at least a quarter-mile from homes, schools and playgrounds and would limit the hours of overnight operation."
