Non-Delivery of Prepaid Equipment

Dear sirs I´m researcher and I've bought an equipment TURBOVAP to LABCENTRAAL, Nederland. I paid in advance 4,600 euros (in April 2009) but I did not receive the equipment and they did not answer email, phone,etc. Could you please help ?
