The Plantronics Audio 645 USB Headset has fantastic sound quality and control. I hate that I have to return this headset.

When it comes to VOIP or YOUTUBE or VIDEOS or TV on my computer WOW what great sound. I love the sound quality. More importantly, I love the sound control. I didn't have to install any software to increase or control the volume. Instead, it was plug and play. I plugged it in, and I used the control on the computer along with the control on the headset both allowing to increase or decrease the sound.

Also, I could set the mic on mute, low, or high. All of these controls were right at my finger tips. I used this headset for VOIP and found, it does have excellent control and noise cancelling ability. It worked great. I loved the quality and control.

Yes the set works with MAC and WINDOWS. We have both systems and tested them accordingly. They both work with plug and play, easy at your fingertips. It also has USB for those who require or desire it. I, personally, just used the plug's right in front of my laptop for easy use.

If you love this headset so much, why are you taking it back? Yes, that's right I said I'm taking the headset back.

Why? Because it does NOT have the EASY TO WEAR FEATURE. The headset rests behind the head, instead of on top. It does not have an adjustable bar. I guess I have a small head, because this set keeps sliding down. It slips right off my ears. It doesn't grip to my head. This saddens me. Another complication is that I wear glasses. Since it's behind the head, it rubs harshly on the glasses behind the ears and feels very uncomfortable. This hurts me. I can't wear this headset for hours and hours. Therefore, the set must go back.
