LUCKY LARRY RUNNING OUT OF LUCK?

 Uh oh, better get Maaco ...We're told Larry Seidlin isn't out of the woods just yet.  Apparently, the family of Barbara Kasler have enlisted the biggest gun around to pursue the Judge civilly.  That's right, Bill Scherer has reportedly been retained to OJ Larry after the criminal complaints didn't stick.  For Larry it's Russell Adler of Rothstein Adler fame, which means this is shaping up to be a real battle of the titans.  There was also a hearing last week brought by another attorney for the Kasler family, who was trying to get a guardian involved in the proceeding$.  We weren't there, but we're told Judge Lynch denied the Motion, after wondering aloud how Kasler could have been competent when she hired the first attorney, yet incompetent when she brought in new lawyers...continue to full post
