: FinancialCounselAIG Advisor Group Reps (Royal Alliance, FSC and SagePoint Financial) May Be Heading Out The Door As SNSFE Negotiates Such Transition Deals
By James Eccleston
InvestmentNews is reporting of a bonus plan that's stirring the pot at AIG's adviser unit. After a year in which the three broker-dealers of AIG Advisor Group - Royal Alliance Associates, FSC Securities and SagePoint Financial - were put up for sale and then after lengthy and involved negotiations abruptly pulled off the block last month, some advisers either have no stomach for this bonus or are simply heading out the door. AIG Advisor Group has shut down one giant FSC branch amid this turmoil and confusion.
SNSFE attorneys assist advisers in transitioning to new firms by negotiating critical terms in the employment agreements and promissory notes. Those who would like further information should feel free to contact attorneys at SNSFE.
