: It's (Barely) LegalJudges wants DA to resign in email flap
By Glen Ashman

Attorney Chuck Rosenthal heated up, Judge Ed Emmett said Wednesday that local
officials have asked the Texas Office of the Attorney General to investigate
Rosenthal to see if his actions may be grounds for removal from office. The
e-mails at issue include romantic e-mails between Rosenthal and his executive
assistant -- sent from his county e-mail address -- and some that allegedly
involve racist humor and campaign-related communications.
