By Richard Binder
Prior to leaving for the Thanksgiving recess on Saturday, the U.S. Senate unanimously agreed to vote on President Obama?s nomination of Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Jacqueline H. Nguyen o the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California next Tuesday at noon Eastern time, following 30 minutes of debate. With a unanimous committee vote and a 60-senator Democratic majority, the nomination is expected to be confirmed.
