The applicant pool before the Governor to replace Judge Carney has been cut to the following three names: 1.) Michael Usan; 2.) Raag Singhal; 3.) David Haimes.Rumor has it that early favorite Maria Schneider's candidacy was 86'd due to Senatorial politics (read RUBIO).  Watch to see if her name makes the short list to fill Judge Vitale's seat for perspective on whether or not the Rubio chatter is accurate.The three candidates will interview with the Governor on December 8th.  Expect an announcement the same day, as has been Crist's custom with the last few Broward picks.Best of luck to Chris Pole, Julio Gonzalez and the aforementioned Maria Schneider, who are still in contention for Vitale's seat.No Dope: Ft.
