We hear that the families of the victims have obtained legal counsel and are considering a massive, ass wupping, nut crunching lawsuit, against the City of Phoenix that will bring it to its knees.

We just don?t know what these idiots running our city are going to do with all these EEOC complaints and Federal lawsuits.

We think we need to vote everyone out of office and just start all over again with some new elected officials with some balls.

Our Phoenix PD sources just spoke with this attorney representing the victims? families. The suit would potentially focus on the mishandling of DNA evidence in the case. BPC is helping to locate all the families and to contact cops who know the grave mistakes that have been made in this case. Since we were told our blogger's home was raided as an indirect result of his involvement in the Baseline Murder case, we thought it fitting to be as involved as possible.
