SATZ'S BIG BLUNDER/BACDL STEPS UP

Mike Satz is reeling.  Don't believe us?Just take a look at the letter he sent yesterday, in response to the Public Defender's Brady Bomb.It's ridiculous.  Insulting, really.  Still, you have to give credit where credit is due.  Satz is a master politician.On a positive note, BACDL sent Satz their own letter, wherein they "strongly agree" with the PD's position.  They really have stepped up to the plate, and should be commended for taking the bull by the horns, despite personal relationships many of the members enjoy with their former co-workers in SAO Administration.   Be sure to read Satz's letter.  The credibility gap widens every day.  The only question at this point is whether or not the Feds will be formally invited to review the long standing practices of the SAO, to determine if there have been civil rights violations over the years...continue to full post
