We are expecting orders — but not opinions — at 10 a.m. this morning. The Court will then hear oral argument in the following two cases:
10 a.m. – In Mac?s Shell Service, Inc. v. Shell Oil Products Company; Shell Oil Products Company v. Mac?s Shell Service (Nos. 08-240 & 08-372), the Court will consider the circumstances under which a service-station operator may bring suit against an oil refiner or distributor for ?constructive termination? under the Petroleum Marketing Practices Act. Shira Liu, a student at Stanford Law School, previewed the case earlier for SCOTUSblog.
11 a.m. – At issue in Granite Rock Company v.
