You can make the call ... when the transcript arrives.  We're told our favorite newsie is waiting on the transcript from the Lebow/Rossman fiasco.  Absolutely everyone is talking about this one, but, unfortunately, no press was present for the melt down.  The transcript will tell the story.In the meantime, we're told the Fourth DCA Clerk's office was still in possession of the evidence when the trial was set, and for most of the four day jury selection.  An Emergency Motion was filed with the Fourth in 4D09-2434  on February 2nd, to return the exhibits for the trial.  The same day, an order was issued allowing the materials to go to Broward.Also - did you know the case was previously tried, ending in a mistrial on September 16, 2008?  It's believed Rossman was also the prosecutor for the first trial...continue to full post
