BACDL is mixing it up - BACDL's Board of Directors has been engaging in some spirited discussion of late, mostly tied to individual feelings as to which direction to go next regarding Bradygate (some of it even spilled over to JAABLOG).  They're still finishing their response letter to the SAO, following the meeting they had with Satz, Morton, et al, some time ago.  It's our humble opinion that the reforms playing out in the courthouse are also causing reverberations within BACDL, where the old timers (read SAO alums with close ties to SAO Administration) may not be so happy with the new BACDL's aggressive reform minded actions.  Whatever is going on, it's interesting to note that this year's Harry Gulkin Award Dinner (this Thursday), is close to selling out, for the first time anyone can remember...continue to full post
