Lots of good reading in NYU Center's "Prosecution Notes"

By Douglas A. Berman

ADVERTISEMENTS
I am pleased to report on the publication of a cool new document from the Center on the Administration of Criminal Law at NYU School of Law. Specifically, available here is the Center's first newsletter, "Prosecution Notes," which includes lots of notable substantive content.  Part of this content includes (1) an article by "Michael L. Volkov and Allyson Miller of the law firm Dickinson Wright PLLC [which] analyze[s] recent developments in the area of alleged prosecutorial misconduct and offer ideas for policy and legal reform," and (2) "summaries of all 27 criminal law decisions from the 2008-09 Supreme Court Term." Check it out.
