You might have won the battle, but given the company that you keep, don't bet on winning any wars.

I have no doubt that the shvitzer father of that little pisher standing next to you put you up to this mishegas litigation in the first place.

But, while you're busy wasting hundreds of thousands of dollars of tax payer money on frivolous law suits, maybe you should sue the US Treasury! After all, they manage much more than I ever did, and they authorized investing tens of billions into AIG, after their "head money manager", Mr. Paulson said he had done all of the due diligence!

As far as the Madoff investments that I made--our due diligence relied on the SEC and FINRA--both of those people indicated to us that they had not only audited Bernie's business, but they gave him a full bill of health! So, maybe you should be suing them?!

What? I should be singled out because I made a few hundred million in fees?! Nonsense. How about asking Mr. Hanky Panky Paulson what kind of due diligence he did on AIG's books--and maybe you should try connecting the dots to the value of his GS options!

Sure, I have a lawyer--and a damn good one. You know what I say? Stugots! When my lawyer finds out that you've had people down here again taking pictures of my car, he's going to open the can of worms that's sitting in your office!

You think you can intimidate me? I had Bernie licking my toes for years, so don't you think for a second that some cupcake like you is going to take my car, or anything else! Speaking of cupcakes, keep away from Jodi, too. I've got friends, Mr. "BigShot"; people with real badges..

And that crap you keep talking about "Bentley Bongiorno"--go pick on someone your own size! If I did something wrong, the Feds would have said so by now. Christ--its been more than a year; get a life! If they thought I did something wrong, they'd have done something about it by now!
