: Chris King's 1st Amendment PageHey KingCast, how are your latest MA and NH public information requests going on Dan Talbot, Concord cop friendly fire and leaked CORI information?
By Christopher King
Okay........1. Dan Talbot's last Official Act -- DA Dan Conley's office, by and through Jake Wark, said I should be receiving something this week or top of next. That's fine.
2. Concord Police -- Sergeant Smagula shoots another cop while using a loaded firearm at an impromptu midnight "training" exercise at a closed credit union without any prior approval, picks up the shell casing in blatant violation of NH AG Peter Heed's Deadly Force Protocol, and keeps his job, no criminal charges for reckless conduct, unlike civilians as noted. Mailed yesterday Certified #___________.
3. Darrell Jones CORI information -- I know for fact that the DOC has issued commentary and information about Darrell Jones to persons who probably do not have proper clearance to receive said information. Attorney David J. Rentsch notified me by way of letter dated 22 Feb. 2010 -- immediately after I noted the New York Times was reading the blog on 19 Feb. 2010 -- noting that I should have something as soon as Mr. Jones signs a release for me. That's cool, he'll do that soon, probably by week's end. Funny how they want a release from him now, but they sure didn't when they leaked his charges before, resulting in a lawsuit against the Herald and Channel 7 that's about to drop any day now, ahem.
