MOTION DENIED!

Judge Ana Gardiner's Motion To Dismiss was denied a few minutes ago.We accessed the telephonic hearing, which anyone can do.  Next time we'll post the info in advance.David Bogenschutz argued that he's concerned for future JQC panels, as the ability of the JQC Chair to "manipulate" the makeup of the panel makes for an "intolerable" and unfair situation for a sitting judge to have to deal with.  Bogenschutz also noted that he would be requesting additional depositions as part of the discovery process that have nothing to do with fact witnesses, in order to possibly file a Writ regarding the issues surrounding the denied Motion To Dismiss.All parties agreed that a September trial date was acceptable.  There was some discussion regarding discovery cut off dates (August or July), and an agreement that Gardiner's Answer would be filed within fifteen days of today's hearing...continue to full post
