Study: Law School Diversity Hires Weighted Toward Less Prestigious Schools

Being a minority is a mixed blessing for lawyers seeking a law school tenure-track position. A recent study found that minorities are more likely than their white counterparts to be hired by law schools, but are significantly more likely to end up teaching at non-top-tier schools.
