Skadden, Sadis Lead On Citi's Sale of Alternative Investments Business

Citigroup announced on Wednesday that it would sell its fund of funds business, Citi Alternative Investments, to alternative assets manager SkyBridge Capital. Skadden Arps and hedge fund firm Sadis & Goldberg scored lead advisory roles on the deal, terms of which were not disclosed.
