I have an idea for an illustration for the cover of my forthcoming Rehabilitating Lochner book. (If you must know: A drawing of Lochner author Justice Peckham and Lochner dissenter Oliver Wendell Holmes in a boxing ring, with Peckham knocking out Holmes). I?m skeptical that the press will accept this idea, but even if it doesn?t, I want to use this for the home page I plan to create for the book.

I?ve been told that there are websites where one can post descriptions of art projects, and get ?bids? on the projects from artists. However, I don?t know anything about this, including what websites to try. Suggestions/advice?
